Build strength
Lifting, pushing, pulling: strength builds up gradually, with suitable loads and controlled movements. Everyone starts from their own level.

Sports & activities
Free weights, machines or bodyweight: strength training works at your level. You learn the movements, track your progress and build strength that helps in everyday life.
The practice
Strength training means working against resistance: a weight, a machine or your own body. Each exercise is chosen to match your level and what you are looking for.
The weights floor is open outside class times. Coached strength classes give you a framework to learn the movements and keep the rhythm.
Formats
Machines and weights available outside class times, at your own pace.
Classes that work strength across the whole body, with a coach.
Short sessions focused on one area or a specific format.

Strength training
Lifting, pushing, pulling: strength builds up gradually, with suitable loads and controlled movements. Everyone starts from their own level.
Knowing how to set up and understanding an exercise makes training more comfortable. If in doubt, ask the club team for pointers.
Strength training pairs well with cardio, swimming or combat sports: varying the effort helps keep things interesting.
