Aqua

Swim, learn or move in the water: each wing has its own indoor pool. The water supports your body and lets you train differently, in class or during free swim.

The practice

Move,supportedbywater

In the water, your body is supported: you can work on endurance, swimming technique or simply move to music. Everyone chooses their format and intensity.

Coached classes give you a framework; free swim lets you go at your own pace.

Formats

  1. 01

    Learn to swim

Lessons to learn the basics or improve your technique.

  2. 02

    Aqua gym

A group class to music, in the water.

  3. 03

    Free swim

Laps at your own pace, outside class times.

01

Move differently

Water changes how movement feels: each motion takes a different kind of effort. A way to vary your week.

02

Learn or improve

Starting out, regaining confidence in the water or refining your stroke: everyone progresses from their own level.

03

Swim at your own pace

In free swim, you choose how long and how fast. Time for yourself, in the water.
